May 2026 became a colorful page in history for the extended family of PT PAMITRA EPC Oil and Gas. After kicking off the celebration with a spirit of sportsmanship through the PAMITRA Fun Run and channeling social concern through PAMITRA Charity, all of that energy and enthusiasm culminated in one solemn and warm peak event at the end of May. The closing event served as a moment of contemplation as well as celebration for the entire management team and employees, marking 15 years of PAMITRA's footsteps in the national Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry.
The peak of this celebration was opened with a soothing spiritual reflection session, presented to realign the company's spiritual compass, reminding all PAMITRA personnel that every business achievement is never separated from the intervention of God Almighty. The event continued with a tumpeng (traditional cone-shaped rice dish) cutting procession by the Board of Directors.
Journey Flashback: Sharing the Stories Behind the Masterpieces
One of the most emotional and highly anticipated agendas in this peak event was the PAMITRA History Flashback session. In this session, the hierarchical barriers between leaders and staff were completely dissolved. The board of directors and all employees sat together in a familial forum to share and tell stories with one another.
The room was filled with laughter, emotion, and pride as memories of the past were replayed one by one. Reminiscing the early days of PAMITRA's establishment with all its resource limitations. Open discussions regarding various industry storms and the toughest project challenges that had ever tested the company's resilience, as well as how team collaboration managed to turn things around. Celebrating crucial historical milestones, from the success of manufacturing independent heavy equipment at the Sidoarjo workshop, the completion of the Integrated Terminal mega-project, to the pride of maintaining a Zero Accident record.
This session became a cross-generational bridge, where senior employees passed down the values of resilience, while younger employees gained inspiration and a profound understanding of PAMITRA's true identity.
The CEO's Mandate and Vision
Closing the reflection session, Mr. Yoni Pamudra Kurniawan as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PAMITRA gave a warm speech as well as strategic directions to welcome the future. He emphasized that the age of 15 years is a testament to the validity of the company's reliability and integrity.
