PAMITRA EPC Oil and Gas once again demonstrates its commitment to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices. This June, the company officially completed the preparation and authorized the Annual Report for the 2025 financial year.
This Annual Report is a tangible manifestation of PAMITRA's transparency in presenting the company's performance to business partners and other stakeholders. The report comprehensively summarizes various highlights of achievements throughout the full year of 2025, covering financial performance reports, the track record of occupational safety aspects (HSE), the implementation of strict corporate governance, up to the reporting of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL/CSR) programs.
Internal Consolidation: Management and Employee Synergy
More than just fulfilling administrative aspects, the moment of authorizing the 2025 Annual Report was designed as a platform for solid internal consolidation. This authorization event was accompanied by a strategic meeting agenda that directly brought together the Board of Commissioners (BoC), the Board of Directors (BoD), Division Heads, and PAMITRA employee representatives.This meeting became a highly crucial forum as it was filled with brief yet in-depth evaluations regarding the achievements and operational constraints throughout 2025. In addition, the Board of Commissioners and Directors also provided strategic directions to realign the work rhythm of all departments in executing ongoing projects in 2026.
Addressing the authorization of this report, the Board of Directors expressed their appreciation as well as a reminder of the importance of shared commitment.
