PAMITRA EPC Oil and Gas actively participated in the significant momentum of the 2026 National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Month – “Bulan K3 Nasional 2026”. This commemoration was marked by PAMITRA’s active participation in the OSH Ceremony led directly by the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, on January 14, 2026, in Gresik.

This year, the Ministry of Manpower has set a national theme that is highly relevant to PAMITRA’s vision: "Building a Professional, Reliable, and Collaborative National OSH Management Ecosystem."

Resonating the National Theme with PAMITRA’s Values

For PAMITRA, the 2026 theme is not just a slogan but a reflection of the company's operational strategy in facing future strategic projects. PAMITRA ensures that all personnel, from engineers to field technicians, possess certified competencies according to global oil and gas industry standards. This is evidenced by a resilient safety management system that has recorded 4.6 Million Safe Man-Hours (Zero Accident) over the past 7 years. Occupational safety cannot be achieved alone; thus, PAMITRA actively builds a safety ecosystem alongside clients (such as Pertamina), sub-contractors, and local governments.

Internal Implementation of OSH Month at PAMITRA

To welcome the National OSH Month, which runs from January 12 to February 12, 2026, PAMITRA is holding a series of internal activities to refresh worker safety awareness, including:

• Management Walkthrough (MWT): Direct visits by the Board of Directors to workshops and project sites to engage in dialogue regarding safety issues.

• Mass Safety Talk: Socializing the national theme to all levels of the workforce.

• Safety Pledge: Re-signing the safety commitment by all employees.

Aligning with the national spirit, PAMITRA adopted the internal theme "Excellence in Safety, Sustainability in EPC Oil & Gas" through an intensive month-long agenda. Starting with an Opening Ceremony and Zumba session on January 15, 2026, the company initiated various programs blending technical, health, and work culture aspects. The agenda includes fire extinguisher (APAR/APAT) agility competitions, the implementation of 5R (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) discipline across all departments and projects, technical HSE seminars titled "Safety Sector in EPC Oil and Gas," and a Safety Culture video campaign to strengthen the internalization of safety values among all personnel.

Beyond technical aspects, employee well-being and collaboration are also core focuses through blood donation drives with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), health consultations with Kimia Farma, and a badminton tournament at GOR Sidoarjo. Various creative activities, such as the Safety Crossword (TTS) challenge, are introduced to liven up the educational atmosphere within the office environment. This vibrant National OSH Month series will officially conclude with a Fun Walk at Kahuripan Nirwana on February 13, 2026, symbolizing the collective commitment of all PAMITRA personnel to maintaining safe, healthy, and reliable operational sustainability.
