During the MWT agenda, PAMITRA's management team did not solely focus on inspecting physical facilities. More importantly, the management took the valuable opportunity to engage in direct discussions with the frontline personnel. The main focus of this dialogue was to listen to on-the-ground feedback and real challenges to ensure that all Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) aspects are implemented strictly and without compromise.
