To strengthen corporate fundamentals and accelerate the achievement of long-term strategic targets, PAMITRA EPC Oil and Gas officially announces the transformation of its top management structure. Effective in 2026, PAMITRA is adopting a C-Level (C-Suite) management structure, aligning with global corporate governance standards.

This strategic move is a response to the dynamics of the Oil & Gas industry, which demand agility, rapid decision-making, and sharper functional specialization in handling national and international scale projects. The following is the newly appointed Board of Commissioners and Board of Executives of PAMITRA:

  • President Commissioner: Dr. Agus Susanto, S.I.P, MM, MBA, ACE MIT – Responsible for providing strategic oversight, ensuring compliance with Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and providing macro-business direction.
  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Yoni Pamudra Kurniawan – Holds full control over the company's grand vision, strategic business development, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Vice CEO & Chief Financial Officer (CFO): M. Shaffan Zain – Holds a strategic dual role. As CFO, he is responsible for financial health, investment risk management, and funding strategies. As Vice CEO, he serves as the strategic partner to the CEO in safeguarding overall corporate stability.
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO): Arry Wibowo – Fully responsible for operational execution, EPC project management, and supply chain, ensuring on-time project delivery with the highest safety and quality standards.

The CEO of PAMITRA EPC Oil and Gas, Yoni Pamudra Kurniawan, emphasized that this nomenclature change is not merely a change of titles, but a symbol of a shift in mindset and workflow. "2026 is an acceleration year for PAMITRA. With project targets becoming increasingly complex and aggressive, we require a more solid and functional structure. This C-Suite formation allows each leader to focus on their key specializations—Finance, Operations, and Strategy—while moving in a harmonious orchestra to achieve the company's vision," said Yoni.

In readiness for future challenges, the appointment of Arry Wibowo as COO is expected to strengthen project execution lines, ensuring that PAMITRA’s technical reputation remains impeccable. Meanwhile, M. Shaffan Zain’s position as Vice CEO & CFO sends a strong signal to banking partners and investors that PAMITRA is managed with strict financial prudence while remaining poised for significant capital growth.
