Trawas, East Java – As 2025 draws to a close, PAMITRA EPC Oil & Gas has taken a strategic step to unify its vision and strengthen the company's foundations. Held in the serene highlands of Trawas, East Java, the Annual Meeting & Gathering (December 16-17, 2025) marked a crucial momentum for the company in welcoming 2026.
Carrying the theme RECHARGE - RECONNECT, this two-day agenda was designed to balance two vital corporate aspects: sharpening business strategy through comprehensive transformation and strengthening team solidity as the primary driver of operations.
Comprehensive Transformation & Operational Excellence: During the Annual Meeting session, PAMITRA Management established a strategic roadmap focusing on "Comprehensive Transformation & Operational Excellence". The year 2026 is designated as an acceleration phase, where PAMITRA targets not only business growth but also the upgrading of operational standards, system digitalization, and the strengthening of its Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) culture.
PAMITRA President Director, Yoni Pamudra Kurniawan, in his strategic direction, emphasized the importance of adaptability amidst the dynamic EPC industry landscape. "The year 2026 is about how PAMITRA levels up. We realize that to provide the best value-added for clients and strategic partners, PAMITRA must undergo a total transformation—from how we work and the technology we use, to how we serve. This meeting ensures that all lines, from management to operations, share a single rhythm in executing this vision," stated Yoni Pamudra Kurniawan.
Uniting Energy, Strengthening Synergy
PAMITRA recognizes that the best strategies can only be executed by a solid team with a winning mentality. Through the "Recharge & Reconnect" spirit, this event served as a platform to dissolve barriers between the Jakarta headquarters team, Sidoarjo operations, and teams scattered across various project sites. The series of outdoor activities and bonding sessions proved that behind the project helmets and serious business strategies lies a warm and supportive corporate culture.
PAMITRA Corporate Communication Manager, Fendi Widhiatmoko, added that the balance between organizational health and team mental health is a priority."Technology and strategy are crucial, but people are the heartbeat of this company. Through 'Recharge,' we refill our spirits after a year of hard work. Through 'Reconnect,' we strengthen cross-divisional collaboration. We want to ensure every PAMITRA individual enters 2026 with full energy and stronger connections to face new challenges," expressed Fendi.
With the conclusion of this agenda, PAMITRA affirms its readiness to welcome 2026. Not only with sharper strategies but with a more solid, optimistic, and unified team to contribute to the national energy infrastructure development.
